CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at any time without an additional cancellation fee. However, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you choose to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time only to a new appointment date, as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Any additional reschedules or missed appointments will require a new deposit. No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment upfront to book future appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
